My first choice in matcha. prefer this over the sweet matcha because I like to sweeten my matcha myself. This is high quality matcha, with a vegetal taste and not bitter! It’s the best value for this quality I have found.
This Matcha is perfect for consuming a variety of different ways. It makes for a nice unsweetened drink, as well as providing options for sweetening with things other than cane sugar (which is nice if you're watching your calories). With it (and the creamed lavender honey) I made a delicious Lavender Coconut Matcha drink that had the perfect amount of flavour in it.
