Return/Exchange Policy:

Returns within 30 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via store credit.

Purchases made with gift certificates will be refunded as store credit. Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.

Special order returns are subject to 15% processing fee. Cancellations may be subject to 15% processing fee. Call (907) 457-1660 for details.

Cash and cash equivalent purchases, exceeding $1,000, may be refunded as mail check.

Sipping Streams reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.

Customer Agreement purchases must be returned to the same store location where originally purchased.

Replacement Policy:
If you wish to replace an item purchased please contact us explaining the reason for the replacement with the form above. You may be asked to RETURN the item. All replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

You may be asked to RETURN the item. Refunds will be issued by a credit card to the purchasing credit card. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges. Please expect your refund within 7 to 10 business days following your request and, if you are returning an item, 7 to 10 days following the receipt of the returned item. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
