    1. Use 2 tablespoons (14g) per 8 oz. of liquid
    2. Heat water or milk until boiling
    3. Stir well and enjoy

    Is this actually lactose-free? 

    Yes. The non-dairy creamer in this blend is made without dairy-based lactose, so it's a good option for people who are lactose intolerant. Note that it is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, so it may not be suitable for those with a severe dairy allergy.

    Why is it green?
