To prepare matcha, you’ll need a few traditional tools:

Start by warming your tea bowl and whisk with hot water to prevent cracking and keep the matcha smooth. Our bamboo whisk is crafted from a single piece of bamboo and tied by hand to create an alternating pattern that helps whip matcha into a frothy, creamy texture.

Use warm water around 175°F (never boiling) as high temperatures can burn the matcha and create bitterness.
