Does this tea have caffeine? 

Yes. The base is organic black tea, which naturally contains caffeine. It is a great morning or afternoon option.

How long should I steep it? 

Three minutes at a full boil (210°F) with 1 tsp. per 8 oz. of water. Steeping longer will intensify the spice notes.
