After the tea has been scented, the leaves are hand-rolled into pearl shaped balls, which gives this tea its name. When steeped, these leaves unroll and produce a tea with a pronounced floral and fresh green tea scent, a full-bodied refreshing sweet taste, and a pleasing long-lasting floral aftertaste. The hue of this tea is a light peach color.

Jasmine Tea

Ordered this Jasmine tea as a gift for a relative who likes scented teas. I decided to order a smaller package for myself and was surprised at how good this tea is, even though I prefer unscented teas. The second infusion done for 2 minutes longer makes an equally good second cup. I will order more of this as it is a nice tea for an afternoon cup. All of the SS teas I have tried are very good and of the highest quality.
