This Cooking Matcha is very popular and affordable. It's an excellent culinary grade matcha with No BITTERNESS. Add it to anything, cupcakes, scones, cookies, homemade ice cream, or an unsweetned smoothie. Remember, a little bit goes a long ways!
- If used in drinks, use a little less than 1 tsp per 8 oz of milk, milk subsitute, water, etc. Mix well hot or in a blender.
