What is Masala Tea?
Masala Chai is a traditional Indian beverage that translates to “Mixed Spice Tea”. This unique spiced tea varies from region to region and even from family to family, each guarding their own recipe which is often passed down from generation to generation.
How to Brew:
For an authentic Chai, simmer tea in milk and honey on the stove top instead of water. Strain leaves & spices before drinking. If you let it cool down and have an ice cream maker – turn it into ice cream!
