This tea has a wonderful flavor and gets me through my 12 hr night shifts without the jittery feeling I was getting from cans from the store. I like the second steeping the best, but even if you forget about it and leave the leaves in the water ( all night sometimes) it doesn’t create the bitter tannins taste that I’ve gotten from many other tea companies.
