How soon do I get access to trainings and classes start after I join the program?

Please allow up to 1 business day for access to all the teachings and trainings in our Universi-Tea portal. We will email you registration information for the website: www.universi-tea.com Access to this website is available to you 24/7 as long as you a current member.

You will also be added to the Sipping Streams Universi-Tea private Facebook group. We do live trainings on Facebook, Youtube, and Zoom and you will also be sent a weekly email recap.

When does my tea ship?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your first box to arrive.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds. You will not be eligible for a refund for subscription fees paid for any orders that have already transacted, due to the fees and charges we're assessed to accept your order, and the work our team has already begun performing to personalize your monthly selections.

What's included? How does the Universi-Tea program work?

You receive on a month-to-month basis, 4 teas, and 4 videos covering the teas, until you decide to cancel your subscription. 4 Different Tea = Each tea makes up to 40 cups. 1 video each week about each tea, released each month to you. 1 different video per week.

Do you have an accessories kit for those of us who may not have all the supplies that are needed to correctly brew the tea in the yearlong kit?

When does my tea ship?

Subsequent boxes will ship within 2 weeks before the next month starts until you cancel your membership.

How am I billed?

Once you join, Sipping Streams will immediately process your first membership fee. Auto-renewal will take place as on the same day the following month for monthly subscriptions or the same day the next year for annual subscribers. For subscribers, you are locked into that renewal rate until you cancel. There is no pausing or suspending subscriptions. And if you are given a special discounted rate for your membership, you are grandfather's into that rate until you cancel.

Your auto-renewing subscription will be charged at the then-current Monthly or Annual membership rate, subject to terms of any corporate-approved promotional codes used, without further notice to you or authorization from you, until you cancel your membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to an initial and recurring membership fee at the then-current Membership rate subject to the terms of any corporate-approved promotional codes used, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. You acknowledge that if you use a promotional code, the charges you incur are subject to these Purchase Terms and the terms of any promotional code you use. For example, if you use a promotional code for 10% off your first month, you will be charged at a rate 10% off the then-current rate for your first month, and your subsequent auto-recurring charges will be at the non-discounted then-current rate for any month up until the point you skip or cancel your Membership. "Then-current Membership Rate" is defined as the non-discounted Membership Rate at the time of purchase.

Can I pause or suspend my membership?

Yes, you can as stated above in the previous question. But when you chose to re-activate your membership, it will be at the new current price, not your previous price.

 

Return Policy As stated above, there are no returns nor refunds for Universi-Tea Membership all sales are final.

Shipping Policy
There are multiple shipping options, both domestically and internationally.

Standard shipping (in US only) is according to weight. May take up to 3 weeks. If you need it sooner, please contact us and we will send your order Priority Mail for an additional fee.

International shipping (anywhere outside of the US) are calculated during checkout. Must pay by Paypal or credit card in US dollars.
