Haleakalā Hawaiian Black Tea

Haleakalā means “house of the sun” in the Hawaiian language, and is the namesake of the dormant volcano that forms all of East Maui. Artisanal Haleakalā Black Tea in rich, organic soil enhanced by trace minerals deposited from historic volcanic flows.

Meticulously handpicked from the first two leaves and bud of Camellia sinensis bushes to craft an exceptional whole leaf tea black tea.

This tea is grown without using herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers.  

Flavor profile includes notes of apricot, caramel and honey, accompanied by smooth tannin and slight savory notes.
